A Unique Culinary Experience in Eastern Ontario

The Eastern Ontario Agri-Food Network (EOAFN) in partnership with TBB Catering will be presenting the third Field to Fork Gourmet Feast on July 28th, 2018. This supper is continuing with its unique culinary experience for locals and tourists of Eastern Ontario.

Participants will dress up and go to a Top Secret farm where they will take part in a cocktail hour before savouring a four-course gourmet meal from TBB Catering. At this Top Secret destination, elegant tables will be laid out for people to savour the flavours of Eastern Ontario. This experience, complete with wine bar from a local winery and beer taps from a local brewery, will allow people from all over to discover the unique food grown in the area.

Perfectly paired with a glass of cabernet franc from Domaine Perrault

Fourth Course

Garlic, chili, and Domaine du Verger Cléroux Maple syrup Lavergne Meats and Deli pork loin

Fifth Course

Stephanie's Garden raspberry and rhubarb crumble made with oats from Dagenais Farm/Le Tournesol and Hummingbird Chocolate
