A Unique Culinary Experience in Eastern Ontario

The Eastern Ontario Agri-Food Network (EOAFN) in partnership with TBB Catering will be presenting the fourth Field to Fork Gourmet Feast in the summer of 2019. This supper is continuing with its unique culinary experience for locals and tourists of Eastern Ontario.

Participants will dress up and go to a Top Secret farm where they will take part in a cocktail hour before savouring a gourmet meal from TBB Catering. At this Top Secret destination, elegant tables will be laid out for people to savour the flavours of Eastern Ontario. This experience, complete with wine bar from a local winery and beer taps from a local brewery, will allow people from all over to discover the unique food grown in the area.

Cucumber salad in a white wine, garlic, rosemary, and mint yogurt. Topped with jalapenos, cherry tomatoes, and buckwheat honey
